LIST PRICES: All prices quoted on this site are exclusive of shipping charges.
PAYMENT TERMS: All items are normally sent upon receipt of payment. However, if payment is made using a personal cheque, I may await cheque clearance prior to shipping. The following means of payment are acceptable:
-UK sterling personal cheques, postal orders, cash, and bankers drafts.
-US and Canadian dollar bank, Western Union and Travelers' Express money orders, cash, and cashiers'/certified cheques. I may also accept US/Canadian personal cheques from buyers known to me or with excellent auction-site ratings. However, U.S. POSTAL MONEY ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
-Cash in any other major currency. USD, CAD and EUR are normally accepted at wholesale market rates. Other currencies will be discounted by up to five percentage points (please enquire).
-Barter: coins, stamps, paper money, paranumismatics, precious metals, etc. (subject to negotiation - please enquire).
PACKING CHARGES: I make no charge for packing on all orders over £ 2.00. A 10p packaging charge may be added to orders of less than £ 2.00. All items are carefully packed and sent in bubble envelopes or boxes.
POSTAGE CHARGES: The tables below are meant to give you an idea of the postage charges which will apply to your order. Please bear in mind that a typical coin weighs between 3 and 15 grams.

INTERNATIONAL - International surface mail prices are far from prohibitive, and a uniform tariff applies to all destinations:

POSTAGE AND INSURANCE OPTIONS: You will be offered a variety of options, and are free to choose whichever level of postal service and insurance you prefer BUT, should you choose an uninsured option, please do not ask me for a refund or replacement in the event of loss or theft. The most common postage options are listed below:
UK ADDRESSES:
FIRST AND SECOND CLASS: You will be charged the estimated cost of the stamps only. Items will be sent AT YOUR RISK.
RECORDED DELIVERY: This is a signed-for service costing 65p plus postage. In the event of loss or theft, I will provide you with the relevant posting receipt, but Royal Mail are unlikely to pay compensation for coin shipments. So, for all practical purposes, this service is used AT YOUR RISK.
INSURED RECORDED: Based on my calculations of the percentage of packages that get nicked by postal employees etc, I am able to offer "Insured recorded" at the following rates:
Shipment value below £10: 75p plus postage.
Shipment value £10-£19.99: 85p plus postage.
Shipment value £20-£29.99: 95p plus postage.
Shipment value £30-£39.99: £1.20 plus postage.
In the event of loss or theft, the total cost of your order will be refunded.
SPECIAL DELIVERY: Approximately £3.00 plus postage (varies somewhat depending on the weight of the package). This is a fully insured overnight delivery service offered by Royal Mail.
NON-UK ADDRESSES:
AIRMAIL AND SURFACE MAIL: You will be charged the estimated cost of the stamps only. Items will be sent AT YOUR RISK.
INTERNATIONAL RECORDED: This is a signed-for service costing £3.30 plus postage. It includes compensation up to £28.00. Additional insurance coverage (to £250 or £500 depending on destination) is available for £1.00.
